RCEG is excited to announce the addition of Ashley Dougherty to our team as an Energy Regulatory Specialist. Ashley joins RCEG from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Office of Energy Market Regulation and will assist clients on federal energy regulatory and transactional matters. Having spent nearly a decade at FERC, Ashley has unique insight into energy industry regulation. She has an in-depth understanding of FERC’s market-based rate program and is poised to provide strategic analysis to clients on market power issues, market design, affiliate issues, and other regulatory matters.
