Peyton assists renewable and traditional generation owners and developers, energy marketers, private equity funds, and institutional investors with a variety of regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters before state and federal regulatory agencies.  

During law school, Peyton joined the Rock Creek team as a law clerk.  Prior to joining Rock Creek, he interned with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Office of Administrative Law Judges and the Office of Enforcement.

In his free time, Peyton enjoys skiing and golfing.
