Märya works closely with the attorneys and other professionals of Rock Creek Energy Group providing support for clients on transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters involving the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). She assists with developing and maintaining regulatory tracking systems to facilitate client compliance with the FERC’s various quarterly, annual, and triennial filing requirements. Märya helps prepare filings related to the FERC’s market-based rate program and certifications associated with exempt wholesale generator and qualifying facility status. She has comprehensive knowledge of the FERC’s requirements for filings submitted through its eTariff system and manages the submittal of filings to FERC.

Märya is an avid equestrian and spends most of her free time taking care of horses.
