Marica is an energy regulatory attorney with a focus on Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) matters and complex energy matters. Her experience includes representing clients in interconnection negotiations, handling a variety of FERC electric filings, and navigating RTO/ISO tariffs and energy market rules. Marica has assisted clients in energy disputes before FERC and the Tenth Circuit, and in concurrent FERC and Independent Market Monitor investigations. She has also contributed to CFTC investigations and advised on compliance with financial self-regulatory organizations.

Prior to joining Rock Creek Energy Group, Marica worked in the energy practice at an Am Law 200 law firm. She also gained significant experience through internships at the Maryland Attorney General's Office, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society. She holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a B.A. from Rice University.

Marica is fluent in Russian and enjoys mindful running in her free time.
