Chris assists in the preparation and submission of filings with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, as well as before the United States Courts of Appeal. He also assists with research and regulatory due diligence. Before joining Rock Creek Energy Group, Chris worked for eight years in the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs in New York. Prior to that, he worked as a Legal Assistant in support of hydropower and electric practices in Washington, DC.

Chris enjoys reading, writing, music, rock climbing, and spending time with his family.
